A few ways I deal with hurt:
- We all die in the end, focus on the good stuff, ignore the rest, not worth it, move on
- Do it again and again.. you gain perspective and it stops hurting
- Focus on others, help someone, give to someone else who is in need
- Create.. focus on making stuff, could be as simple as baking a cake.. or make music, make art..
- Get tired, exhaust your muscles, preferably do it outside with sunshine and O2.. go hiking, jogging, biking, play a sport.. until you can’t move a muscle
- Sleep.. sleep is a great healer
